Ok Mesurment's are in, and done cold not after a workout all pumped up!

Forearms-14.4"

Arms-17.7"

Chest-52.3"

Quads-26.3", 1 area that need more work.

Calfs-17.4"

Hoping after this bulking training for the next 6 to 8 weeks to be at least 8 to 10 kg heavier which should give me about 1 1/2" more everywhere, well his hoping. If it does not come about we can blame Staino for not pushing me hard enough!

Starting weight is 112kg do should see a minimum of 120kg towards the end.

whats good for repairing muscles but not a a gainer?

Wanting to tone up abit and stay roughly the same size maybe a little bigger.

Got this stuff from coles at the moment that apparently "gives a ripped body while stripping fat".. that seems to go alright it suggests to have 1 tablespoon 30min before then 2 heaped tablespoons after.traing.

Seems to give ya abit more energy at kickbooxing to push on stronger though I'm skipping the shake after to try and avoid getting bulky and continue to loose weight\ fat if possible.

So far this has been my training, just doing kickboxing roughly 5 nights a week or more if possible inc. doing the double classes if I can't go the next night due to shift work.

The nights kickboxing is on I'll just do random weight training when at home only about half an hour every day 15min in the morn and 15min at night with 15kg dumbells inc. push ups and lunges.. blah blah. Usually not pushing too hard on the days where kickboxing is involved but still doing it.

On my nights off kickboxing I'll do free weights and pushups and a bunch of other stuff at home and at work to keep the heart rate up and metabolism going thru the day.

Is the stuff from coles just rubbish? Is it better to go with a dif. brand?

Whats the best to use in order to help aid muscle repair and give me abit of go but not put on bulk, I just wanna get ripped?..

I'd rather try and keep under 100kg's as I've just dropped to 98 from 108 and its easier on the knees and ankles also giving abit more agiltiy.

Thanx for your input guys.

Kroozin, give Humapro a go as 1 scoop only has 23calories and it's the same as having a scoop of protien with 130calories. Gives you bit of go as its BCAA mix and it's equivalent to 30grams of protien.

my craze is ready to be picked up from the post office, opens at 7 tomorrow if it's the delivery centre. $60 delivered to cairns is a good price.

60bucks delivered including 600ml shaker.

first impressions = tastes better than mesomorph and the scoop is half the size.

SHP's protien snack

vita-wheat bikkies with vegemite and cheese both thick as fark

12%, 25% and 25% protien in each
