This should put 1 to 1.5kg a month with proper training.

Meal 1- 6 boiled eggs,1 1/2 cups of oatmeal in water,protien shake.

Meal 2-300g chicken breast[ boiled ] 150g broccoli,150g brown rice

Meal 3- 200g tuna chunks in oil mixed with spinach and 200g of whole meal pasta.

Meal 4- stirfry beef or kangaroo mince mixed with vegies

Meal 5-Beef or kangaroo steak and a bowl of steamed vegies

Meal6-4 scrambeld eggs and 200g of salmon.

meal 7-1 cup cottage cheese with cinnamon 10 mins before bed.

After training have protien shake with water and no grog or party drugs. Stick with it and will guaranteed to put 12 to 15kg on in a year.

Try this Pookey, it's the one I gave Dillz and staino. and whoever else used it on here.

Pazzo's mad bulk up shake, have in morning and right before bed. I will be having this everyday now I'm bulking as want 125kg then diet down to 110kg lean.

500ml zymill lactose free milk or you can use any milk you want.

2 scoops of protien

1 large Banana

100grams of oats

2 eggs

50 grams of frozen mixed berries.....................Grand total of 800 to 900 calories, 120grams of carbs,90 grams of protien. overkill but dam it works. You will be farting like a trooper.

What makes it hardest for me is that I'm on site someones no power. Used to lug around a microwave but don't anymore. No room in the trailer/ute. Microwave helps so much with meals when you don't have an office job. Rather warm rice than cold rice! Lol

you need to learn how food works basically. not hard but takes abit of time to research.

I have been following it since the beginning ya know :P
