never had the money nor time to really get into it seriously.

too much of an active job left me no energy for gym or time to have decent food during the day. if I had an office job, fk that would be easy.

You speak for me there too. Plus with my condition atm its leaving me with bugger all energy. Sleeping during the day, just fcking my body up really. Seeing specialist soon so all returns to normal or close anyway soon!

+8kg is not bad for someone whos been sub 70kg since high school with a go fast metabolism.

I've been between 72-75 since finishing high school. If I stop eating for a day or two (too many parties in one weekend), I can drop to 69 and it takes weeks to regain the kilos. I can eat sh*t all day not put on anything...
