Get GymGoal app for iphone. Its pretty farkin good and I havnt found the limitations of the free version yet.

On another note I was allowed to play footy again tonight after sending the fullback airborn last week and starting an all in brawl.

Had a scoop of Craze an hour before the game. Got a million possessions cause I became the go to man as did not stop running and no opposition could run with me. Got first in 5 seconds. Ran through the centre ruck contest and came out the other side with the ball and kept goin.

Legs are f*cked right now.

Ps. We still lost by 20 points farkin.

im trying to read up on it. so does creatine hold water in the muscles?? is that the idea of it.

seems complicated remembering when to start loading it, then maintain it, then when to go off it, then when to go back. fk me.
