yeah looked it up, forgot to mention that part haha. but yeh was sore the next day at work, real tight to walk (as I lift my foot up and pull toes back towards shin) ..if that, kinda makes sense? haha

hey pazz, would working out arms twice a week be an overkill? say mondays and thursdays/fridays?

my shoulders are being sooks atm and need to rest them for a bit!
