FF preworkouts work for some and don't work for others, try and find out.

Now 1 month report on STAINOnegger, I'm happy to say he is making massive improvements in strength and size, he strength is pretty impressive on what I saw on back today. We did TBAR rows with a barbell with 1 end tucked into corner and lifted 3 plates pretty easily, which was 60kg and 20kg bar so 80kg all up.

Size wise he is looking good, arms are becoming defined, upper body width is starting to thicking up, starting to widen in shoulder's aswell. Chest is starting to appear and allround he is looking good. will post back in a month to update everyone. Looking good mate and doing well.

lol that's awesome to hear ben n pazz. good stuff :spoton:

haha I wouldnt advise falling off a roof though..

yeh april last yr. up on the roof 2.5m up. trusses were stacked by nuffies, biggest to smallest as normal but halfway up they put a bigger one n it was like a seesaw. cut all the straps open then as I was going to lift the top one up I stood on the 'seesawing' truss that I wasnt aware of, lost my balance, went to jump across to the next wall about 1.5m away, as my weight went off the trusses end it came up n my foot got caught on a gang nail. pretty much whole body just pendulumed off the gang nail n I fell head first. last thing I remember is falling upside down, left arm out to save myself about 1m off the ground. trusses fell on top of me as I landed. broke left wrist in 2 places, kidney had a piece snap off (kidneys break up if dropped, not what most think that its just soft) had a stent put in it to help the healing process, ruptured spleen. a wk in footscray hospital then weeks of outpatient visits to footscray n sunshine hospital. had a farkin hot doctor take my stent out, numbed the old fella luckily or woulda been holding a rock hahahah. hospital surprised I didnt get any head injuries as that wouldve been second thing to hit slab :dontknow:

pretty farked up, 10wks all up on workcover. then after outpatient visits, about the 5th wk I had to start hand therapy n fmd wasnt my hand restricted bad. couldnt push hand back at all n could only pull in towards myself about 15degrees I think they measured it at first up. still gives me problems, parts of the back of my hand has no feeling (started off with none at all but gotten better). got like a funny bone in my wrist now, one particular spot. n cold mornings kill me, hurts like a motherfcker.

also cos I was off work for 10wks my apprenticeship got suspended for that time so if I didnt fall id be qualified by now n outta here most likely lol. but worked out well I reckon cos I wouldnt have done my truck n plant tickets for free :spoton:

one of the main reasons gym didnt work out for me as I started probably 2months after my fall, was still piss weak in the arm n hurt doing some of the excercises. would be better now but no one to go with, would be better to have a mate to push u along n work harder. lose interest quickly without a mate imo

ICU

in the ward, wrist in half plast, was losing circulation so they cut it, rebandaged then xrayed n it moved overnight lol. so then they decided to put metal plate in-glad they did

after I went back to outpatients, removed plaster n bandages n gave me a removable splint
