We did TBAR rows with a barbell with 1 end tucked into corner and lifted 3 plates pretty easily, which was 60kg and 20kg bar so 80kg all up. Size wise he is looking good, arms are becoming defined, upper body width is starting to thicking up, starting to widen in shoulder's aswell. Chest is starting to appear and allround he is looking good. will post back in a month to update everyone. Looking good mate and doing well.
