Fella's don't forget Adie is a girl and not wanting a thick back, well I think she does not want one, just wants it to be abit more stronger. Deadlifts thicking the waist as well she might not want that as a woman.

It doesn't matter if Adie is a girl, deadlifts could still be very beneficial for anyone!

Your right but don't think Adie will like a thickend waist either. I dont like a thickend waist but to late now.

Thanks pazz. You're right, I don't want a thick waist or anything like that. It's taken a lot of dieting and hard work just to GET a waist.

That upside down sit-up machine thing is good for your back. Back extension?

not sure, the back extensions I used to do involved lying front facing with your stomach on a square large pad. your feet are hooked on some leg extension type roller pads. you would then do like a 'reverse situp' I.e. head towards the floor and back up, exercising your lower back. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Back_extension

Not sure what you mean by thickened waste? Bigger glutes and hams? I deadlift 210kgs but I have a 30inch waste on stage.
