You have to choose what you want, if it's muscle very limited cardio, if you want to be fit and have a fit looking body I would go for full body workouts and cardio. If you want to get big and do 45 mins of cardio your food intake will be huge anywhere upwards of 5000 to 6000 calories a day. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
