So ive done a bit of online reading, came across a bloke named Mike Metzer. I really think his idea of letting the body rest 4-6 days between weights is the way to go.

I'll purchase High-Intensity Training the Mike Mentzer Way soon

Thoughts?

What they don't say KV is that was after years of getting to where he was. When you huge like that all you need is enough training to maintain it. Stick with 4-5 days. 3 days Dillz is that enough for you?

Not really but that's all I have time for, try and get a fourth in aswell. Point being one day is not enough.

Ideally I'd want to do 2 a day four times a week but it's not going to happen.

I rest for about 3 sometimes 4 days a week.. But try and keep the cardio up where I can..

Use to have up&go, haven't for ages..

I got up n go vive in the fridge but my stomach just says no to it. ill have it on the weekends sometimes. used to love it a couple yrs ago, have it with breakfast. 1ltr bottles ftw!
