If looking for a cheap protien based breakfast, also posted in of topic thought well post here. Get the pancake mix where you add water to the bottle add 4 scoops of protien powder, banana or chocolate as they taste the best. Add water shake and pour and you have protien pancakes. I put low fat vanilla icecream but you can add what ever you want. You have carbs protien and simple sugars which are great start to your day then can eat clean for the rest. With left over mix just put it in fridge and have again next morning or for a great mid Arvo snack. Also make a great preworkout meal about. 1 hr before.

I make my own pancakes up:

60g vanilla protien powder

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cocoa powder

4 egg whites

*no fat milk might have to be added, depending if the mix is too thick

Then I normally top it with some frozen blueberries cooked down with a little water.

So ive done a bit of online reading, came across a bloke named Mike Metzer. I really think his idea of letting the body rest 4-6 days between weights is the way to go.

I'll purchase High-Intensity Training the Mike Mentzer Way soon

Thoughts?

If you want to take 5 years to get any results. 3 days a week minimum IMO.
