Get the pancake mix where you add water to the bottle add 4 scoops of protien powder, banana or chocolate as they taste the best. Add water shake and pour and you have protien pancakes. I put low fat vanilla icecream but you can add what ever you want. You have carbs protien and simple sugars which are great start to your day then can eat clean for the rest. With left over mix just put it in fridge and have again next morning or for a great mid Arvo snack. Also make a great preworkout meal about. 1 hr before.
