JGP Donating Members 309 Member For: 14y 4m 23d Gender: Male Posted 02/02/12 04:07 AM Share Posted 02/02/12 04:07 AM (edited) My 2 cents-someone who has trained for about 7yrs consistently over a span of 10.used to be outright nuts about getting a 2-3 protein drinks a day...after training,before bed..if I missed it I would make sure I had a protein bar lying around somewhere...the last 2yrs havent had 1 protein drink...eating 3 square meals a day with snacks in between...have I lost size? no..I still weigh around 118-120kg (im just under 6'3)have I lost strength?no...I have however changed my whole routine from the typical weder magazines 3x8 supersets ron coleman centurion mass blaster to powerlifting & weightlifting type routines...you will have to try what works for you...dont give up..it takes time...
