What GYM do you Melbourne boys go to?

Just rejoined after a 10 year hiatus. Finding it easy to lift the weights again 3-4 times a week before or after work, as long as I get myself there Im fine.

My biggest issue is saying no to the crap and the harder I work the sicker I feel after a big feed. Any suggestions to suppress and over active apatite and uncontrollable cravings?
