If train in morning you straight of to work and the muscle takes longer to recover as food will be fueling your work day and not rebuilding your muscle quick enough , and training in Arvo you can take your anger out that's bottled up throughout the day if it's been sh*tty. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
