That's probably me. I don't drink or smoke, but my diet isn't as good as it could be. It's not terrible, just not fantastic.

The missus has me on this Quinoa stuff these days and everything.

Yeah its hard at the start Ford freak and Adam but once your body adapts and your eating right your energy levels go through the roof. I'm in bed at 10:30 11 pm and up 3:30am every day. Even on Sunday, and I'm not young, I should be slowing down at my age.

On a serious note, you clearly know your stuff about this.

I don't know how you all do it. After a days work the last thing I'd want to do is go to the gym.

It sux before hand and sux when your there but the feeling you get when you leave makes it worth it.

I don't know how you all do it. After a days work the last thing I'd want to do is go to the gym.

Training after work is the best for a few reasons.1 testosterone is at its highest in the afternoon,2 your all warmed up from working, 3 you have had a few meals so you have a heap of energy and will be much stronger, 4 after training you just eat and relax and grow. If train in morning you straight of to work and the muscle takes longer to recover as food will be fueling your work day and not rebuilding your muscle quick enough , and training in Arvo you can take your anger out that's bottled up throughout the day if it's been sh*tty.
