Started using scivation xtend almost a year ago, noticed I could work out harder for longer, and also noticed a boost in recovery. I sip it on the way to the gym and during the workout. Id recommend it and am convinced about BCAAs, and would be keen to try out humapro.

cheers heaps pazz and tim for the help. much appreciated. im gonna get back into it start of next year.

the only thing I dont have acess to food every 2.5 hours or so. breakky at 6am. then breaks are at 10 and 12.30, then either at 4 if im working late at a big job. otherwise after lunch I have to wait till I get home for dinner to eat again.

im down for group buy pazz.
