I dont really like pre drinks. I used to take morning, if doing a workout something after, then before bed. but the shakes would be differnt types. obviously doing different jobs in terms of protein supply.

iv lost a fair bit of waight with a stomach prob this year. down to 65kg.

....Promise you this stuff is like drinking apple drink, will not upset stomach, you want a bulking shake to make your self Ford?

nah I dont get upset stomach from the shakes. my stomach has gone into a funny shape on its own for some reason early this year. so my intake and training is cut right down atm.

yer ill have the bulking shake, if it works.

so humapro is for after workout. and before? and not to take randomly throughout the day?

............You can take humapro any time you like, I have pre and post as my training is pretty heavy and hard.

Pazzo's mad bulk up shake, have in morning and right before bed. I will be having this everyday now I'm bulking as want 125kg then diet down to 110kg lean.

500ml zymill lactose free milk or you can use any milk you want.

2 scoops of protien

1 large Banana

100grams of oats

2 eggs

50 grams of frozen mixed berries.....................Grand total of 800 to 900 calories, 120grams of carbs,90 grams of protien. overkill but dam it works. You will be farting like a trooper.

wow that's full on shake. I like it. way better than other sh*t iv seen.

so humapro before and after workout. hmmm I got it now.

what proteinn powder pazz? do you buy the non flavoured one as your using it in you own shake?

I have a 6 egg white ommelette with 200grams of bakes beans with another 200 grams of steamed veggies post workout.

Only 350 calories and about 55 grams of protein with less than 2 grams of fat. Not to mention all

The good fibre you get from the veggies!

Fordfreak don't forget to take some carbohydrates with the Humapro, this will raise your insulin and put glycogen back into muscles. Also, I have yet to try Humapro but Pazzo what do you think of Scivation Xtend? The only reason I mention it is because it has Glutamine in it which I find helps with dieting to get ripped for comps. I also like ALR Chain'd Reaction, mixed with the Xtend, Rice Syrup solids (Chain'd Reaction) seem to work really well, the pump is unbelievable!.

Just remember guys anyone can bulk up and put on alot of fat and a bit of muscle, this is not difficult! The difficult part is dieting and getting ripped without losing too much of that hard earned muscle! If you having trouble gaining weight you have to remember that you must keep food up to you constantly, this means having no more then 2.5 hours between meals. Also, you will probably not be able to eat all of Pazzo's diet when you first start, you have to work your way up! Your stomach will slowly stretch and after a while you will be able to consume larger amounts of food!

If you are hard gainer I also recommend getting onto Micellar Casein, this type of protein is best for hard gainers! When I was 59kg I was getting the best results from Universal Nutrition Real Gains. It really is a good shake. Work your way up to a full serve before bed and have another one 2 hours before your workout.

................Tim85, best preworkout is either 1MR or Mesomorph. But better hurry as both could be banned next year from I am hearing. Out of the 2 I would use mesomorph, and don't use within 6 hrs of going to sleep as you never will............Sorry Tim85 Scivation never used so I never comment on something I never have used. Looks intresting but...I prefer Glutamine on it's own as great for recovery, best used before bed as that's when you grow. Edited by panda man
