Better value that whey protien. Tiny scoop in only 250ml of water, no sore guts,no bloating. I don't use whey any more and still putting size on. I used to take morning, if doing a workout something after, then before bed. but the shakes would be differnt types. obviously doing different jobs in terms of protein supply.iv lost a fair bit of waight with a stomach prob this year. down to 65kg.
