I have one as well. Can you check on the part number (or numbers) and prices of the rear footwell lights which I understand are fitted to the BA Ghias. Also will these fit into the removable panel in the BA XRs.

Thanks.

Don't forget me :hrmm: :auto:

Geea....the xr8 hoods are on demand and proof of ownership of an xr8 are required to purchase.....upwards of $1400.00

Cmon Marty! Edit your post!

You dont need proof of ownership to buy a XR8 bonnet.

There doesnt seem to be much stuff at all that you do need a VIN number for. Fiddly things like build number plaques you do, but that's about all ive found! :hrmm:

Marty has any one you know fitted the premuim brakes on their XR6T afterwoods as they are tired of standard brake shudder problems and at what cost is this?

Or have the brake shudder problems been fixed...

Actually guys, I do have a parts request.

My 5sp gear lever boot (the black leather thing) is starting to split in places.

Havent tried warranty yet, but whats a new one worth?

Also, what is a GT suede boot worth as a comparison?

cheers

Sorry, I think mine was lost in the rush.

Can one of you kind gentlemen check on the above for me?

I was waiting for Marty to do this one, cause its kinda tricky. I would never purposely ignore you Trumpy!!!

Microcat dont list the suede GT shifter boot as yet, they will eventually I spose, they seem to be a bit slow at listing parts for the GT's....... maybe its listed on Marty's microcat.

The standard XR boot retails in at $71.05, but Id be pushing for warranty first. Youve got nothing to lose matey....
