Howdy,

Anyone know of a product or have any idea of a product I can use to protect my back seat where our dog sits when we go for cruises and so forth... the dog behaves really well (just sits down) but I still want to protect the beautiful leather! HELP ME! :finger:

On another more upsetting note I hit a cat the other day (didn't damage the car).. it ran out on the highway 10m infront of me and blam.... although it did run away so at least it wasnt a Crush, Kill, Destroy incident :(

Cheers,

Miyagi

we use an old doona BUT only in the AU, never is an animal allowed to set foot in our car!

no smoking, no eating or drinking either, and pizza or mcdonalds etc must be stored in the boot to preserve the new car smell

Is ok Scotty, I have a "pet" hate for irresponsible pet OWNERS!

Not the d@mned cat or dogs fault, usually the witless brainless tw@t of an owner that

1. Won't get it sterilised

2. Doesn't get it immunised

3. Isn't responsible enough to keep the pet out of harms way

4. Lets said pet out on community, wildlife and environment for other people to deal with....

*fumes*

Problems associated with feral cats and dogs, also rabbits and birds and even fish from outside Australia are harming our environment, competing with our native wildlife for resources and killing off species at an alarming rate!!!!

All because of irresponsible people!!!!!!

They need a kick up the @rse.....

*stomps off, pats her own fleaburgers on the way, continues to stomp off*

We have been long-time cat owners ... I'm really a dog person myself, but hey, cats are ok to ... ;)

.... anyways, our last feline family member had to be put down just recently :tears: and although he'll never be replaced, we did get a new little man for the clan.

His name is Kaiser Sosay and I've attached a pic of him, taken just after we got him. He's a little better looking now, as we had him groomed and pampered within an inch of his life.

Good personality and I'm sure he'll become a valued member of the family.

He lives in the house and sleeps in the shed ... doesn't have access to wildlife (myself excluded) and is de-sexed, immunised and generally kept out of harm's way.
