I want to acknowledge the outstanding job that Wholesale Suspension did in fitting a Tein EDFC to my F6E. I gave them a bugger of a job to do; fit the EDFC in the centre console under the armrest. That meant they had to remove the whole centre console and thread the wiring under the carpet. When the job was finished you could not tell a single thing had been moved. Everything fitted as tight as new, no squeaks in the console, no ripples in the carpet and the EDFC is hidden away to be used as required. It was great to have your car worked on by professionals who take pride in the work they do.

If you are in Sydney and you want suspension work done, you should check out Wholesale Suspension at Penrith.

I googled it EDFC (Electronic Damping Force Controller) makes it possible for the driver to control the damping force by controlling a motor installed in the shock absorber while being seated in the driver's seat. Since the damping force can be manually controlled with ease to meet different situations, the driver can enjoy variations in the suspension setting.

Motors are on top of the fronts. They fit over the clickers. Off to the side or where ever you want on the rears.

You can adjust on the run or just hit a preset you have set up.

It's ok but find you don't touch it after a few months. It does adjust it a bit. And is worth having. But it only affects the rebound really. Or that you can feel. And the spring rate is the same. Kinda goes from heavy to choppy playing with the EDFC
