ok guys I have a BA MK1 (May 2003) 5 Speed manual I have a HD clutch and a Stage 2 Rapidsystems cooler kit with plazmaman Under bat intake and Turbo Earls Inline oil filter kit

id like to know for a Tep time will I be able to get a boost tap and crank the car up a little to give it a bit more go its running 4PSI Standed but bost spikes to 5 id like to take it to 7-8PSI will I have any drama to do this untill I can afford a Tune (Have a XCAL 3 From old car)

:S lol sick bro ... na but all jokes aside can I do it or not??? but a bit low in car funds atm and want the little extra ... (im saveing for jecters fuel pump and valve spring... and dump and cat for now...

No you can't. These cars don't work like that. I'm sure someone will give you a more technical answer soon. If you try cut corners you will blow sh*t up, especially being an early BA with weak rods and the jelly 5spd manual.

Do it once do it right!

Iff you increase the amount of air you have in the combustion chamber you need to increase otherwise it will run lean and increase the chance of damages to the values or melting pistons

you'll probably get away with 8psi max. But dont be surprised if torque management cuts in occasionally too ruin the fun.

I see im getting a mixed replay.... im so confused now lol I just wanna guve the car a little bit of a kick not crazy (just yet) ill get the tune but its a temp thing

and I dont want to stuff the car up .....
