No surprises there IMO. Dispite the fact that the Cubbie is a few10th's faster in manual form, the GT is clearly a better car all round.

If the the comparo was based on both cars in Auto form the GT would be a mile ahead.

CDAA is absolutely right, it's the whole package that counts.

Although I've only driven an auto GT-P, the experience was awesome.

That's a great effort having only three VERY EXPENSIVE Euro's ahead of the GT which you could probably get two for the price of one of the Euro's. I know which (two cars) I'd prefer.

Don't forget the XT best family car, XR6 turbo and XR8 beat VY SS, Fairlane beats Statesman and Fairlane G220 beats Caprice. The Holdens are series 2 and they're still one step behind BA. Falcons really are kicking butt.
