nitro xr6 turbo Banned 185 Member For: 13y 5m 11d Gender: Male Location: perth wa Posted 03/12/11 06:36 PM Share Posted 03/12/11 06:36 PM you just need to put a ba/f sump on the fg motor and it bolts streight in, but I would go along the lines of building up a ba motor with rods/pistons/oil pump and valve springs then its beter than the fg motor (apart from the head) and alot stronger, so that way if you ever want anything upto 600rwkw you dont have to pull it apart again.Andy Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/77992-advice-on-conversion/page/5/#findComment-1165614 Share on other sites

You get rods, pistons, bearings, and gaskets and other things cannot remember. Good for a 1000hp. Atomic is $2000 more which you can spend on other things. Maybe check that section out for a lot of good info Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/77992-advice-on-conversion/page/5/#findComment-1166361 Share on other sites
