And I gott agree with dillz I reckon around the 15k mark cause I can see him needing help installing some of these parts and needing professionals to do it, unless someone wants to do it for free :help:

you just need to put a ba/f sump on the fg motor and it bolts streight in, but I would go along the lines of building up a ba motor with rods/pistons/oil pump and valve springs then its beter than the fg motor (apart from the head) and alot stronger, so that way if you ever want anything upto 600rwkw you dont have to pull it apart again.

Jump on the Spool imports website and buy there rebuild kit for $2300. You get rods, pistons, bearings, and gaskets and other things cannot remember. Good for a 1000hp. Atomic is $2000 more which you can spend on other things.

reached my post limit yesterday lol

ive decided to go for it with a written off ba turbo...ill sell my boat after fishing season and will have about 6-7k to play with just from that...not sure about whether ill start gettin the power up to 300-400 right away while its out, id be interested in the rebuild kit most likely though

In the ford 4l N/A discussion section of the forum there are some really good threads from people that have done the turbo conversion and gone into quite a bit of detail and the problems that arise. Maybe check that section out for a lot of good info
