I'm sure Kosij will post up his dyno sheet when he gets it.

Kosij, when Spiro said the injectors were at their limit did he mean they were maxed or just as far as he was willing to go with them?

I cant see how he could of made an extra 30 - 40 rwkw if the injectors are at their limit.

And yes you will need to adjust the tune after you mod your turbo but boost can be controlled better.

it almost pointless talking power output and various size injectors etc unless you include afr or lambda readings, we all know that a leaner mixture will make more power, but how lean do you want to go

Lambda - 0.85

462 rwkws

Injector duty 90% at 5850 rpm

18 inch stock Snow flake wheels

hey yr prolly right, if u can recall james33 I think his user name is has managed to nearly crack a 10 out of his stock cooler and bloody good on him, he asked me what I thought the go was with his vehicle and I gave him advice he bloody listened and dion tuned it and have a look how good u CAN make things go without all the so called required mods

again as ive said many times u blokes need to ask for harder tunes or the tuners need to try harder ( in some NOT all cases) but were seeing some step right up with e85 tuning and others not so much

but hey all things are getting better as time rolls on an 11 5 years ago was wicked not so much anymore

yes 75% for me I think aswell lol

Sorry should have been clearer! Easy 30-40 rwkw with bigger Injectors on my ba bottom end.

What if I send my turbo away port it leave stock actuator on it then drive it back to the tuners then re fit new 12lb actuator and touch up tune there at the workshop? Would just the port and standard actuator help the creep until the touch up is done?

is the porting of the turbo the next thing on your list ? did spiro recomend this?

leave it the way it is and just put on the 12psi actuator and get a re tune
