Bomber Carnage on the Garage Floor Donating Members 3,994 Member For: 15y 1m 5d Gender: Male Location: Gold Coast Posted 10/05/12 10:21 AM Share Posted 10/05/12 10:21 AM I'm setting up the car as a tourer really Jet so the suspension setup (bilsteins to go in soon) is not ideal for drag racing. However, it's got 275 boots and the 595 evos hook up pretty well. If I can get somewhere near 350 on e85 (currently 313 on 98) then I'll be happy and that should propel the taxi at a resonable rate. Not sure if they were cracked before but I highly doubt it as it would have been noticed when installing surge tank 6 months ago.I've encountered the same problem...still digging some info...have been told that this is actually happening not because of e85..but because of unleaded additives.
