Ryno, I was also under the impression that 1 044 was not enough for the switch to E85 hence my decision to purchase an A1000.

When I asked Spiro he advised me to use 2 044s and at least 100lb injectors.

I chose the A1000 as I only wanted 1 pump and already had the 80lb Dekas.

My advice is to everyone is just use what your tuner is comfortable with as they will be tuning your car.

If you cant trust them they should not be tuning your car.

If anybody is worried about there setup just get your tuner to show you your injectors duty cycle and see how much you have left.

Who has actually seen the pump? Are you sure its an 044 and not a 413?

Its the motorsport version of the same pump.

Both pumps look exactly the same. Identical but 044 does 200l p/h@5bar and the 413 200l p/h@8bar.

The 413 at lower pressures supplies way more fuel than the 044.

Word is 900hp on the 413

I have gone to the effort of removing the surge tank/pump from the fg xr6t that makes 457 rwkw on e85 to try and please you.

Yeah George, Spiro said the same to me. Ill be going the same route as you.

Even if it can be done, you would want big balls.

Cheap-Fast-Reliable, choose two.

Ok turns out my fuel filter was blocked (Farked) and I had a slight boost leak.

Power is back.

Did it swell, how long since it was replaced, I change mine every second service, 15000klm
