Whilst I can appreciate you would want to see an accurate number from the sensor, if you knew it was 7.5℅ out as a constant error, would it really matter?

Like driving a car with bigger rims where the speedo is out a little I guess

Nah doesn't bother me too much, but I would like to get it as accurate as possible.

I filled up on my way to sydney, had less then 30klms to empty of E70 filled up and gauge showed E77 Something's no right.

I'm now going to use the gauge as a display and not reference it!

E.g what ever ethanol content it displays at time of tuning is the number I no is safe to run with! Pretty disappointed a $500 piece of equipment isn't even closely accurate!

how do you know it's the gauge that's not accurate unless you cross check against something else?

The early ones we had seen/fitted appeared to be accurate, the later one, we have only seen 1

You say you had 30klms to empty left of e-flex, what fuel did you fill it with to get your 77 reading, e-flex or United?
