But for these 'cold start' tables to work as ford engineered them too, some of the simple tables need to be calibrated right.The last e85 tuned car I logged had a very lean Long Term Fuel Trim. As a result during an open loop cold start the mixture was quite lean and no doubt was adding to the cranking issues.ratter makes a good point in that its never going to be as easy to start as 98 when its cold.....but spend some time getting the calibration right in the non WOT areas and the issues are reduced. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
