Valve springs

Pw surge tank single 044

4" dump 3" cat twin 2.5" exhaust

80lbs Siemens

Big cooler

Flap mod and 12lb actuator

henz u peanut uve confused 2 different customers who used an exhaust shop yeh 2 blokes recently have had big issues

on paper u should make 400 no worries .......................but the condition of your donk will be a factor after the said work

to get a turbo white in colour all over means it was way past its happy place in a big way, heck knows what the tops of your pistons are like and exhaust valves are prolly the same condition.

maybe look for a safe 350 rwkw and have some more care free kms out of her instead of pushing it ?

unless u got a rebuild in mind ........................go for the moon

Why are you concerned about white exhaust valves and turbo? It doesn't necessarily mean excessively lean mixtures as the additives in modern fuel often leave white colored deposits. As long as they are all a similar color it shouldn't be an issue.

Edit: What do the plugs look like? They will tell a better story than the color of the valves

To be honest I thought they looked ok. Looked clean and no obvious signs of damage. I don't know what the inside of the turbo And valves should look like wether it should be white black pink yellow! So could this white residue not be a bad thing?

What are you actual concerns/mech issues? if the engine was lean enough to hurt a valve/piston/turbo housing the plugs would be burnt/or closed up from the engine rattling
