Less than 2months down the track and car would take forever to come onto boost and felt like the engine just wouldn't rev.Anyway, had blueboost drop in at the time and he hooked up his innovate afr gauge and by the first bend told me to take it home lol. checked the pump and the hose had a big split down it where most of the pressure was just p!ssing fuel out of so the car was lean off it's t!ts...The hose had even started to bulge and by the time I removed it, it was easy to pick the rubber coating off the hose!I switched to Gates Submersible and never had a problem since! What's the cost of an intank setup? I was completely happy with the PW surge tank I had on the BA but Kev doesn't make one to fit the territory so intank will prob be the way to go. Was struggling to get my hands on gates stuff so went a different option.

I do believe if you go up to a 460 you'll need a better reg. I'm not sure on the TTs fuel setup if it's similar to the falcon or something totally different

When I look at it, the return hole is like 2mm in diameter. I know when I used my turbosmart rails adapter the hole was 2.8mm and by increasing it to 3.5 I got over a 2 bar drop in lowest pressure achievable. Them standard clamps are tight as Edited 28/07/14 12:43 PM by gaz097

I'm not sure on the TTs fuel setup if it's similar to the falcon or something totally differentPretty sure the setup is nearly identical apart from the tank and swirlpot as I haven't seen inside it yet but reckon it's prob the same also. What does an external Bosch 044 flow as we never had probs with them?I could just replace the intank pump but this is my daily car and if there is a chance it can lean out then I'd be more cautious to use an intank surge setup even though I think they are way too expensive! There's no room up front for the external surge tank due to awd but heard there is room near the back seat which I'm yet to explore... I know if your planning on sub 400 a 460 with a reg would suffice and shouldn't surge
