I got to crank over quite a few times on a cold morning but for the rest of the day it starts fine. Running pretty rich (0.7 lambda) on startup. Think it'sMore pump related then tune. if I was to prime the car say 3-4 times it then starts straight away but if not it takes about 15 Seconds of continuous winding over to crank, also at 0.7 lambda on start up... Only have one check valve on my 044's not sure if this plays a role with pressure on startupAnd the same as you. Once started it cranks first of every go. It takes about 3-4 seconds of cranking to start, or crank it over for a second then ignition off and try again and it starts no problem.. I understand what your saying about the fuel pressure, but was it doing this while you were on 98 also? Mine started no problem on 98Has anybody that has been tuned by a shop had any better luck with cold starts?
