My fuel module on my dyno previously has shown United E85 to be around 83-85%, even though the test tune showed anywhere from 88-92% for the same fuel, previous Zietronix tester that we fitted read pretty much identical to my dyno and use the same GM sender unit, the latest Zeitronix gauge we fitted uses a different sensor and would only read around 78% while my dyno showed 82-83%, after many phone calls and different tests we sent the sender back to the distributor who contacted Zeitronix and in the end they said there can be a 5% error margin. They sent me a new sender but it has not been fitted at this stage to see if it is closer to a correct reading

I have the new style sensor Mick, did they send you the same type of sensor or did they replace it with the old style one?

Wow that's a bad way to kick off a product that seemed to be very accurate at the start !!

They have changed there sensor from a GM factory style to a smaller plastic one, I had the GM style and opted to wait for the newer style one...........lol

Looks like I should have kept the first one.

Have emailed Zeitronix and will see what they come back with.
