What fuel reg are you using?

any boost referenced reg will see 78psi on that boost when base is set at 60psi, as Mick said

It's fairly common to bump up rail pressure to give injectors a bit more flow on boost, usually a band aid fix until bigger injectors are fitted.

Good to see another happy E85 convert!

Mine is twin 044's standard rail & reg gauge shows 125psi when cold in the morning and 105psi once warm but under WOT 100psi is maintained! I have 1000cc injectors!

Gauge is mounted into the line feeding the rail.

with e 85 should you be changing your oil a lot sooner??

I change at 10,000 an don't have a problem, tested and was advised I could easily get another 5,000 before it would need to be tested again.

There are oils that are ethanol approved

Kosij, your gauge isn't set up correctly to read rail pressure, fuel pres gauge on a return style fuel system needs to be on the reg as the reg closes up under pressure to maintain constant pressure.

Your changing pressure could be voltage drop across the pumps... Did you upgrade the wiring loom to suit the extra current draw from the second 044?

It's common to see voltage fluctuations on our cars, 13-14 volts and this can have a huge effect in the fuel system and injectors.

Yeah wiring to suit the twin 044's was added

I didnt think the gauge was set up correctly but it still shows me when there is a fuel issue, one 044 shat itself recently and it showed me so it's more of a gauge to show fuel pressure is normal.

So do a I need an aftermarket reg to accurately monitor the pressure?
