Just go twins, there are some cars running with one, I prefer to keep it safer.
No doubt one can be done but why risk a failure if one pump blows the other will ensure safe fuel supply still....
Two pumps to be safe

Sorry if it sounded rude,

In short It can be done but how safe it is....... That's another question! I was going to run with one pump and risk it but I can't afford a new motor just yet so it was better to be safe then sorry :)

ok from what iv read the single pump will flow 400 or just over, some cars can lean out and have to go back and retune with the second pump... what a headache
