And a pic of your fuel filters/ brands /anybody heloooooo ?

I cannot believe all you guys on here have been running it for years yet not one person has started a thread showing whats needed or where to buy/order the bits required for longevity running E85 or is there one ??

I just want to use it for the time being and my current tuner hasn't done this conversion before on an N/A

It may be a waste of time , but it may not and its cheaper to run and better for the environment yes ???

We did this but without the extra compression the gains over 98 are marginal. Use the LPG bottom end as it has another point of compression, we recently won the NA 6 cylinder and boosted 6 cylinder classes at Pro Flow's dyno day with both cars being e85.

Hmmmm, seems Castle Hill reads the same as Heinrich's.

For 130mph you need 420rwkw'ish,Jets made about that and ran 132mph almost.....well that's all I got out of it up to page 7 haha.

Yeah I have never been one to play things safe, adds to the fun lol.

I'm a little blessed though as I have a family that lives and breathes this chit so costs are down for me compared to allot of others,I may be different otherwise...

I have made the decision to purchase some 1000cc Bosch injectors and run the race E85 from Scotcher's Fuels, why try re-invent the wheel so to speak. After seeing some pics of the lines in one of the post's it seems I have an excuse to modify my surge tank and get some Earls fittings...I like dese fittings:)

I've begun reading through this thread, and my goodness... too much info but not the answer I'm looking for.

I have a BA XR6T, Monz FMIC & tune.

Benefits of E85:

- Higher Octane

- Cooler combustion

- Lower c/L cost

Detrement:

- higher consumption

- larger fuel supply required

SO as Caltex E-Flex is readily available near me, would there be benefit in purchasing say 80lb (850cc) injectors, high flow fuel pump (044 or similar?) and have a tune for e-flex?

Will I recoup my spend on returned better overall economy for cruise as well as higher HP?
