Noticed the Caltex by you has put in an Eflex pump. Must be time to get the pink thing tuned on that. I'm getting the green thing tuned on it next week.Yer mate the fact is $1.10 has me convinced to run it now seeing I wont be getting paid for 3 months but my real problem is their consistency with the octane ?Dangerous for you guys with lots of boost of course but mine has a lot of timing as well and it does ping once we get up the mountain...I must run the United stuff , Timmy will add the mesh fuel filter and whatever else is needed next week, I may even finally crack 200rwkw ?? Hence why water /meth systems have been popular where good ethanol blends aren't available. One particular SAE journal I read showed that the octane content on ethanol blends leveled off at about e50.....but that doesn't account for an increasing latent heat of vap value as the e content increases.
