The fg intank pumps max out at 360 rwkw on e85, a customer has run 11.005@126 on e85 with only the standard in tank pump.

Today we had a customers bf typhoon on the dyno today for an e85 tune, made 350ish on 98, tuned on e85 it now makes 429rwkw, with a process west surge tank and a single 044 pump

loving the work and the maximum bang for buck on customers hardware ........................its not always more money faster.....................its how the hardware gets used, excellent work AGAIN

Not anyone from SA.

also not an exhaust shop , cant see why any eastern staters would use anyone else tbh , just looks like the tuning of e85 seems to be a art form only a few can get right without 10k pricetags =WINNING

Did people say that was impossible or did they say 380 on a small turbo is impossible..

If 380 in a ba can do a 10, 350ish in a zf should be able to get pretty close. I dare say the nizpro car would of had a few other track inspired aids?

You can't knock Dale for giving it headroom and playing it safe, isn't that a good quality in a tuner?

Sure bang for buck is good too, but isn't the saying that gets thrown around around a lot here, especially in regards to intercooler kits, the poor man pays twice? Fuel systems aren't important though...

yes and very perky if your intrested

Lol.

There's no rocket science to tuning these PCM's with e85. It really comes down to how far you're willing to push it for the hardware mods you have at hand. A healthy debate nevertheless.

275 m/t streets count as "track inspired aids"? it was running e85.... no tricks no gas etc

head room is one thing on e85 but experiance shines through when someone can make what u got work to its capabilities

yeh it would be easier to say bend over each time u visit your tuner , but its alot more skillful to let your tuner do what he does best and see the experiance shine through

if 400rwkw can be done off a 5k budget ( for example) start to finish why would u want to pay 6,7,8,9 even? just for head room that might , might not happen? remembering that a skillful tuner will always allow some kind of alowance for variables that's rule 101 ..............sint it?

u understand a reputation is built up over years of work but can be rouined in one day from doing dodgy work/tuning .................if it wasnt within the limits of the tuner I dont think he will destroy his rep over someones car

think about it
