That's the way it goes, if you have enough power and have traction you normally break things.

Torque management can not be changed via modes

That's what I was told after mine went. I replaced mine with a heat treated standard one rather than billet.. A lot cheaper to replace the shaft than the other components of the ZF.

Haven't had to do one yet but I would expect possibly 3500 to 5000 for a rebuild using a new shaft. I think off hand, and happy to be corrected, that Nizpro's input shaft maybe $1800 on it's own, Monsta Torque uses a different one and builds a good box using it
