Great bike, very light. I just went for a ride (it's been awhile) got a total of 30 mins then had to walk lol. Last time I went riding with someone, one is a gym nut and the other is an amateur road racer. I used to be very very fit but hurt my back pretty bad. I'll probably never get much better than where I am now as riding the bike f***n kills me the next day. You can always get fitter than you were. It's just a matter of doing it every day.
