Most frame warranties are defunct as soon as it sees dirt. I don't think it would be an issue, just gotta consider all of the angles! probably the best spec'd vs. price bike you have posted though, just make sure a large isn't too big. When I bought my Yukon they had a large in store and I really wanted it that day but it was just a little bit too big!
