Do a search for HDI and you'll find some horror stories in varies forums and alot of them also call into question the quality of the actual coolers. So, next question - what type of injectors should I go for and how much $?Is there an off-the-shelf coolerwerx kit with piping that will bolt on with no hassles, where to buy from??Cheers

How much is your total spend? Have you done a qrtr mile yet with decent rubber?Does the Clutch/Driveline hold up with that much grunt....nice RideI've only had it done for about a month and so far everything is holding up good except tyres. I was expecting the clutch to be a problem but so far it's all good. I spent roughly six and a half doing all the work myself with a hand doing the exhaust. I haven't taken it down the strip yet but hopefully will be on Friday night. How much power will you be chasing in the long run? If you plan on doing more later I'd recommend going for a bigger cooler.

With your setup and power, you should be able to get into low 11s/high 10s on the quarter if you throw a couple of semi-slicks on for the night... Either that, or drop your gearbox :IThe killer for us Fords is launching nicely.Let us all know what pass you are able to make...

I dont need to muck around with custom pipework etc, unless Coolerwerx provide a similar idiot proof assembly?Frankston for Pitlane Performance... that's miles away for me lolAny reputable Ford tuners out the Northern Suburbs??Also, I have been continuously told that the F6 fuel pump and Injectors are good for 350kw+??? Is this not that case?If possible I would much prefer to confine my mods to Cooler, Boost and Tune with a higher flow exhaust (gutted cat). For interests sake, apparently the stock F6 exhaust flows quite nicely and there isn't much to be gained from ripping it out and dropping another $600-800 on a new system (at least)Your thoughts.....Blue power racing are in Northern suburbs. They did my F6 and I am pretty happy. They are pretty straight up and will only tell you what you need to do, to get to your RWKW.Mine has stock piping and cooler, 60lb injectors, high flow cat. They tuned it to 300 and backed it off to 290 because they said the stock fuel pump was at it's limit. They also said the stock cooler was not worth changing unless I wanted much bigger numbers. This is my first turbo, and I said I wish it had the low down grunt of a V8, so they tuned it and hey presto it pulls like a V8 and blows V8's over 100 klicks. My first tuner did what Blue power described as "A dirty tune" it was gutless at the bottom end, and had alot of power loss on warm days. After BP tuned it, the power just comes on smoothly even on a hot day, and as BP described it "A bit violent up the top of the revs" "be careful"When I floor it, you've got to be quick on gear changes, because the top end blisters towards redline and over rev protection alot quicker than previous tune.So basicly they can get it to 300 with injectors, cat, fuel pump.If you tell them what numbers you want, they won't sell you stuff you won't need.
