Im running Kings SSL's allround in my F6. They have done 15000kms in this car and the rideheight is still 350mm front/rear.

The front springs were also used in my old G6ET (18000kms) but the rears were a pair of the new "style" that I fitted when I bought the F6.

Thanks smackers. Both cars look really good at that height mate. I think part of my problem also is the 30 series 595 evos are fairly rounded on the edges which kinda makes it look higher than it actually is. I'll give it some more thought but at this point I'm thinking pull the pedders out front and rear and replace with SSL's.

Im running SSL in front with SSSL in rears, Has done about 1400km's with them in now. I am looking at doing shocks now to reduce some bump steer and help tighten up the feel. I think this combo is a good height, I personally wouldn't go any lower.

Jet with half a tank of fuel and only a space saver in the boot, it is 340mm from the lip on the guard to centre of rear hub. Trip to sydney is planned this weekend ( 1100 km round trip ) so will be interesting to see how it goes in terms of ride and scrubbing.

I think 'static' they look better with SSSL's at that 340mm mark. That's the only time I don't like the look of mine. In drive though, it pulls down to 340mm. Put the family in and it sits around 335mm. All said, I might just wait until these shocks give up the ghost then tackle this properly with coil overs.

Out of interest, what does yours go down to when in drive fletty?

Fletty what are your hub to guard measurements. Looks pretty spot on and I think any lower and you compromise handling geomentry at the expense of looks.

I recently lifted the front of mine from 335 to 355(sick of my Xforce system scraping on my drive entrance and large speed humps), handling improved quite a bit and steering became much lighter. I have Bilsteins which have 3 grooves(raise or lower by around 8mm per groove) for the spring platform to sit on plus I added a Superpro 10mm spacer, actually helps remove a bit of the billy's choppyness on bad roads and as far as I can tell doesn't effect handling.

IMO it's a bit high by 5mm or so. Sits around 345 in the rear with no load and 1/2 tank fuel, loaded up drops to just below 340. Car as a very sill parallel to ground appearance.

^^ at least yours is better than mine atm, lol. Those bloody 2994 pedders even with the spacers have settled around 345 in the fronts and 350 - 355 rears. Car has too much forward rake now. Argggh!
