I have SSL fronts in my FG and we cut half a coil off them and its perfect, they should come like that

mine are a perfect match for the real SSSSL's and even the SSSL's too, not too low at all

Keep in mind B series and G series are completely different I think, so you can't compare them.

Mine wasn't, either are any of the others I've seen. GT's must be different.

But I don't care so why would I? I bought the right springs for my car.

I was going to go SSL all round too but I asked Pat how it would look and he said it wouldn't be low enough at the back, so I bought the SSSL's.

The only difference in suspension is the late bf2/Fg spring is 50mm longer.

bloosted go coil overs instead so you can have the height you want.

I think pedders go the lowest in the coil over market.

and im pretty sure pat stated the the hd range of kings will be slightly higher than the non hd range.

Had the first set of pedders for an fg on my turbo, 2sets of sagged springs and a popped seal in the front , I changed them for kings

I reckn dazza just wants the part number to a decent height king spring to suit the gt 335 cause the ssl parts arent low at all rear is ok but front doesnt look like its moved at all anyone know for sure of a set up?

cutting a new spring seems a bit average at this point

Oh no did the Peddars really fail ??? ha ha not that cheap then. Shame they were a decent spring rating for the road. Doubted their track ability. They are still miles ahead of the std crap though.

The Teins are great. Maybe on the stiff for the road and not hard enough for the track though.

Don't know XYZ's or who makes them.

I believe Penske are making good coilovers these days ??? My cousins in the states all use their stuff and rave about it.

Going coiloevsr the Teins would be as cheap as I would out on my car. For mine for what you get they are cheap. Mine have taken two years of fairly hard work and no complaints. Still stiff and still work fine. Time for new poly bushes. But getting two years out of those is pretty good I thought.
