I'm sure I can organise something.. I may also have a spare cape if you want to borrow it.. Alternatively we can just arrange an SCT burning day (Like a book burning) where everyone throws their XCALS into a big bonfire and we dance around chanting catchy slogans about how we hate SCT??? I can make some signs?

LOL I've got spares, who you gonna call " stooge hunter"

A bit of weee came out at the prospect of a load of semi naked cape wearing forumites dancing around a fire.

Cruise idea ?

For this to work the location has to be just as hick as a buck naked bonfire electronic device burning evening.. We're gonna need some XXXX Bitter, Bundy Rum and VB..

Locations suggestions include: St George, Roma, Warwick or even hicker.. Nockatunga

After the burning we can do circle work while firing rifles in the air (or at road signs even?)

maybe this will stop the stooges on ebay selling XCAL1's and begin a flodd of xcal2's on the market.

Ps I still have an xcal1 somewhere for this hillbilly bonfire na circlework night. Plus I have a nice shiny SCT badge that came with the Xcal3

So if you have one of these overpriced paperwieghts can it be returned to stock and sold to someone that doesn't have a ZF?

That's a good point, I wonder if tuners would be happy to suck out the tunes from the XCAL2, you return to stock tune on that box, then buy a new XCAL3 and they load the tunes on then and there. You have functional XCal2 to sell to non ZF equipped car owners to recoup some of the cost.

Tunes can not be removed by a tuner, hopefully the original tuner would still have the tune file.

Yes the Xcal 2 should still work on a car without ZF data in the tune, so if it was returned to stock tune and unlocked, it would be able to be reused on a non ZF equipped car

Hmmm still going strong with my Xcal1 lol.... not game to say a bad word against Herrod and their principlesmight get banned from somewhere...

But I would chuck in towards a class action against them if the team organise one ?

How many have been sold ya reckon ??

Just hope that now Ive purchased VCM suite that eventually it gets to where SCT is now, then there will be greater competition and the consumers will reap the benefits
