Hi Torque uses a mainline dyno and it's still fairly new (only a year old I believe) so I've been told my car would read 330rwkw+ on other dynos/dyno dynamics etc. Not too worried about the number anyway the tune feels great and I did a lot of chopping at the cruise 4 charity at QR the other day.

Next mods are GTX turbo then gonna wack in a mal wood opt 3+ clutch, mal wood short shifter and atomic valve springs. Surge + 044 will be done a little later down the track. Should see close to 400 with this setup

You're learning grasshopper. The track tells the story ;)

Yeah sorry for the delay been too busy having fun with it :) haha

Well as some of you know had the GTX3582r installed today at Hi-Torque Performance. What an incredible difference this thing has made to the car.. The pull you get when boost kicks in is just insane compared to stock. It made a very healthy 391rwkw on 16psi with more left in it. Still driving with the stock clutch at the moment so will only be a matter of time now until it gives in but so far seems to be handling the power just fine. Overall very happy and can't thank Kent and the boys at Hi-Torque enough, so stoked about the result.

I didn't see your reply before, MW's been doing a few clutches like mine lately. 3+'s with an upgraded pressure plate or something. Apparently brings them on par with the opt4 but without the short life span of the 4.(couldn't even promise me 20 000kms from the 4!)

Really good result Tim. Happy you stuck at it after your bad luck with the oil pump gears. Seen so many over the years nearly get there, have a setback and sell then regret it, or repeat the same with another car. The car is taking shape nicely :)
