Can't spin the wheels in any gear!!!! Now to me that's the biggest concern here, have you tried turning off the DSC?

My 380 rwkws tune (not CV) still spins the wheels 1st, 2nd and fades out into 3rd and that's with Nitto NT05's on the rear!

And Chill where does it say on that Dyne sheet C & V? ha ha!!!

What has Rob suggested to do? Did he have any ideas to get the boost on earlier?

Running a smaller .5 comp cover will help with boost coming on earlier, but I have already spent the money on the set up I have. I feel like an idiot if I now go change things, resulting in even more of a budget blow out.

haha no where but I have c&v print outs of my cars ;) lol..

mate my ute does not just fry the tyres either actually has traction to my suprise.. my tuner explained what he had done as I had stock v/springs.. if I had v/springs done he could of put more boost down earlier but did not do that so I did not get any valve bounce..

See!!! Statements like this is what is making me concerned. It seems that I am way under powered for the figures I have. In the real world, I would want traction.... but when everybody says I shouldn't have it, it makes me wonder. I have sticky tyres too.....

This makes me feel a little better... haha Your running pretty wide tyres though, aren't you?

here's an old mainline sheet of when we 1st had the GTX on:

That is comparable to mine, keeping in mind that the temp is a chilly 12 degrees on your run, and 30 odd degrees on my run. Did you have around about the same mods when that run was done?

there's big diff bewteen them:-

At 90 kmph im at 150 kws your at 100 kws

At 120 im at 250 your about the same

At 150 im at 375 your at 300

At 160 im at just short of 400 your at 330

Then you take another 50 kmph to get to your peak!

Strange, I still reckon rob can smash more boost in early and the carry the power right through!
