Throttle Problem

thanks guys its a 2003 ba 291rwk auto and it just started to happen out of no were someone told me it might be the actuall peddle could it be that

Or alternatively pay 100 bucks and get a mechanic to check it out. Start replacing random things that people on a forum reckon it could possibly be and you might end up with a hefty bill in the long run..

or you could get a hefty bill from the mechanic, and still have the fault. good mechanics are hard to find.

well its a ba so sh*t is getting old now and due for replacing anyways if it hasnt been serviced properly.

what the service book like?

My method is let them take it for a drive and if they can't tell you what it is just walk away..

it doesnt do it every time I get it serviced every 10k sometimes it runs well sometimes it doesnt
