Very nice mate... do you mind if I ask what it cost and what they changed??? Well I guess I already have asked now.

Don't worry about being rude just ask it is what we are all here to do isn't it?

It cost $470 to have it lowered and I am no expert in the field but I know they changed the front coils and rear leaf springs and re aligned the car.

I am not sure what other bits and pieces they used or changed. They did say to be wary of people just removing some of the leaf springs in the ute to make it sit lower instead of changing them though.

I have to wait a week for the springs to settle and then take it back for a final alignment and I will keep you posted on how it all goes.

P.S Replaced the centre muffler with 2 hotdogs and installed the SS cold air intake this morning. Now it sounds (To me anyway) just right from both ends. Not too much induction noise and a nice exhaust note without resonating inside the cabin. Not sure on power yet as it is a hot day in Melbourne today, will wait and see when it cools down a bit.

Cheers

Thanks for the info "Phantom Man". Mine is a sedan anyway, going to get the springs done soon. I have been quoted $450, so it looks like they are on the mark.

I am also, going to try with the centre muffler removed to see how it sounds and performs, for about $100 I figured it is worth trying and I can always just change it back.

xrdreaming,

Wheels look tops, what sort are they, and what did it cost you in change over ?

The wheels are Lenso Aligis 18's, traded in 17" standard XR wheels and tipped in $1500 on top.
